TEST_SIGNAL

The ADS1299's internal test signal on every channel instead of the electrodes: a square wave of 3.74 mV peak-to-peak (±1.87 mV) at about 1 Hz, input-referred — the same µV at every gain, which makes it a check of the whole scaling chain (measured on the EXG8 board, fw 3.7.0).
