BrainAccess Mobile

BrainAccess Mobile is an Android app for BrainAccess EEG headsets — HALO, MINI, MIDI, MAXI and EXG8. It connects over Bluetooth Low Energy and gives you electrode-contact checks, a live signal viewer, per-electrode signal quality, recording to file, live streaming to a computer over LSL, on-device review, and firmware updates.

Screen	What it is for
Device list	Scan for headsets, connect, reconnect a remembered one, and set sample rate, gain, active channels and electrode labels.
Contact check	Measure electrode impedance on a head map before you record.
Signal viewer	Watch the live EEG: display filters, window length, spectrum, accelerometer, markers and recording controls.
Signal quality	Score every electrode, see what is wrong with it, and read the specific fix.
Recordings	Browse, review, share and delete recordings and snapshots on the phone.
Firmware	Check the headset’s firmware version and update it over the air.

Note

Display filters change only what you see. Recorded files and the LSL stream always carry the raw signal in microvolts, and signal-quality scores are always computed from raw data.
